Terms of use
Effective October 21, 2026. By creating an account or using Menos Pista, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of conflict.
1. Who offers the app
Menos Pista is offered by Grupo Jadson. Contact details are in item 13.
2. What Menos Pista is
A copilot for rideshare and delivery drivers: it reads the offers that arrive in the ride and delivery apps you choose and shows estimates (earnings per distance, per hour, profit after vehicle cost) to help you decide. It also offers history, Finances and other organization tools. Automatic offer reading currently works only with apps in Brazil.
3. No affiliation with platforms
Menos Pista is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by Uber, inDrive, Rappi, Lalamove, Loggi, Cabify, Keeta or any other platform. The brands mentioned belong to their owners and appear only to identify which apps Menos Pista works with.
4. Account
- You need to sign in with a Google account and be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for your account and how it is used. An account is personal and must not be shared.
- You can delete your account whenever you want (how to delete).
5. Permitted use
- Use the app to evaluate and organize your own work, respecting the law and each platform's rules.
- Do not use the app while driving in a way that takes your attention off the road. Safety comes first.
- It is forbidden to copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, bypass ads or the Pro plan, or use the app to harm other people or services.
- The app does not accept rides automatically, and you must not use it for that.
- If you use the security camera, tell passengers and respect the law.
6. Estimates, no guarantee
The numbers shown are estimates based on the offer text and the costs you entered. They may contain reading errors, platforms may change their screens without notice and the actual result of a ride may differ. Accepting or declining is always your decision. The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will work without interruption on every device and app.
7. Free mode and ads
The free mode is free and funded by Google AdMob ads. Ads do not show while an offer is on screen.
8. Donations (support) and Pro plan
- You can support the project with a voluntary monthly or yearly donation, paid only on the website through Mercado Pago (Mercado Livre), currently only in Brazilian reais (BRL): as a recurring subscription or as a one-time payment. Amounts are shown before payment.
- As a thank-you, while the support is active your account is on the Pro plan: fewer ads (removes some ads, not all) and Pro features unlocked. The app shows "Support active until…".
- Cancellation: you can cancel the subscription at any time from your Mercado Pago/Mercado Livre account. Benefits remain until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to free mode.
- No refunds: support is a voluntary donation and there are no refunds through the app or the website. Payment disputes follow Mercado Pago's rules.
- If Mercado Pago reverses, refunds or cancels the payment, or there is a chargeback, the benefits are removed automatically.
9. Support
Support is provided in the app (by opening a ticket) and by the contact email (item 13). We reply as soon as possible, on business days. See the Support page.
10. Updates and termination
- The app may change, gain or lose features. Very old versions may stop working and need an update.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
- If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice, and donations for unused periods will be handled according to the law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grupo Jadson is not liable for decisions made based on the estimates, for lost earnings, for blocks or penalties applied by the platforms, for traffic fines or for failures caused by the device, Android or other apps. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law guarantees you.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's domicile have jurisdiction.
