Delete your Menos Pista account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Menos Pista.
2. Go to Settings > Account and sync.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your Google account.

Without the app

Send a direct message to @grupojadson on Instagram, or an email to grupojadson@gmail.com, with the text "Delete Menos Pista account" and the Google email used in the app. Deletion is done within 30 days and you receive a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, sign-up date, last use, app version, apps used, plan and choice about receiving news).
• Analyzed rides and Finances entries copied to your account.
• Notification tokens of your devices.
• Your sign-in (Firebase Authentication user).

What may be kept

• Payment records of direct sales, for the period required by law (tax obligations).
• Data saved only on your phone (local history and screenshots) stays on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
